Registration Guide
Note that at least one author for each paper must register by November 5, 2017.
Registrations include access to all workshop sessions, coffee breaks, reception, luncheon, and a ticket for dinner (social event). Guest registrations include a ticket for social event (dinner). A confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of full payment.

If you also registered ICIS 2017, please refer registration information for the invitation letter request on the ICIS 2017 website.
If you need an invitation letter to obtain a visa to attend WISE 2017, please follow the steps below:

Please pay the conference registration fee. Only those who have registered are entitled to receive an invitation letter.

Then send a request for an invitation letter, together with your confirmation of conference registration, to the program chairs at wiseconf2017@gmail.com.

In the request for an invitation letter, please include the following information:

First name and Family name
-
Title
-
Affiliation (place of work)
-
Data of Birth
-
Passport No. and issuing country
The invitation as a PDF document will then be sent to your email address.
Please Note: Visa requests can take several weeks, registrants are strongly encouraged to apply for the Letter of Invitation no later than a month prior to the conference.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you have already registered for WISE 2017 and find that you are unable to attend, please email wiseconf2017@gmail.com to request a refund and cancel your registration. Refund will be made after the workshop. All bank service charges are to be paid by the registrant.

Please Note: It can be denied if you process the transaction in the country different from the card-issuing country.
Note for Korean Card Holders: You may have some problems for the registration due to the complicated authentication process of certified digital signature (공인인증서) in Korea. So, we suggest the following processes (explained in Korean).
해외 결제시스템과 달리 국내 결제시스템에서 몇 가지 추가적인 요구사항으로 인해 결제에 어려움을 겪는 분들이 있습니다.
문제 1. 보안프로그램의 요구 사항으로 인해 원도우 익스플로러 환경에서 결제가 원활한 것으로 보입니다.
문제 2. 법인카드 문제
한국 법인카드의 경우 공인인증서를 요구하는데 이 부분으로 인해 결제가 어려운 경우가 있습니다. 따라서 다소 불편하시더라도 아래의 해결 방법을 참조 부탁드립니다.
1) 인증서를 보유한 컴퓨터를 사용 중인 교직원에게 법인카드 결제를 부탁한다.
2) 개인 카드 결재 이후 학교에 사유서를 제출하여 승인 받는다.
3) 계좌송금한다. (계좌 번호: 농협 079-02-930684 (예금주: 유병준)) 송금인은 구분을 위해 WIS+이름 (예: WIS유병준)으로 송금 부탁드립니다.
